How do I add products to my iopool stock?

I have received new iopool products and want to add them to my stock in the app.

Scan products

Each iopool maintenance product has a QR code (or barcode) on the front which allows it to be scanned. For it :

  1. Go to the iopool application, in the Products page;

  2. Then click on the "Scan an iopool product" button;

  3. Once the product has been scanned, click on the "View scanned product" button. You then have the option of changing the number of units you want to add to your stock. ;

  4. Click on the "Confirm" button to validate the addition of your products in your stock.

Add products manually

Can't scan the QR code on the product label? Was it damaged during transport? You can now add the products manually.

  1. Select "Add Manual";

  2. Copy the product reference while scrupulously respecting each character;

  3. Select the number of identical product units to add.

💡 You will find the product number above the QR code on the iopool product label.

If you have several products to add, click on the "Add another product" button. When all the references to add have been entered, press the "Send" button.

Are all products compatible with in-app inventory management?

  • The flocculant and the swimming pool accessories cannot be integrated into the stock;

  • In general, products without QR Code or barcode cannot be scanned;

  • Products from other brands than iopool cannot be added to stock management in the app.

💡 It is possible to modify an already existing stock of products in the iopool app.
