The iopool Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Gateway is only compatible with 2.4 Ghz WiFi networks. Check with your smartphone that you have access to the Wi-Fi network where your Gateway is connected (for example, if the Gateway is connected in the pool's technical room).
I cannot retrieve new analysis
You are not able to get a new analysis of your water through iopool gateway and the iopool app tells you that it is a communication problem between your Gateway and your home Wi-Fi network?
Here are some possible solutions:
Check that you have access to the Internet via your Wi-Fi network at the location of the Gateway;
Check that the probe is at a reasonable distance from your Gateway and that the connection is not hindered by obstacles;
Unplug and replug the Gateway (wait until the LED light is solid green);
Restart your Wi-Fi router and wait for the time needed to restart completely.
If the connection problem persists, contact us via the iopool support application or from the website.
