Change the position of the cap
The rubber winged cap of your EcO has 2 positions:
Position 1 is called the standby position. The sensors are hermetically sealed in the cap with a liquid bottom. This position applies when you receive your EcO or for winter storage.
Position 2 is the analysis position. Make sure that you can see the sensors of the probe through the 3 holes of the cap before you put the EcO in the water.
