When you opened the cap of the EcO, the app warned you about the presence of liquid in it, however, you did not have any. Instead, you may have had a few transparent crystals (which look like glass).

Don't worry, it is neither glass nor plastic, they are crystals that formed from the EcO protection liquid. We have noticed that during transport it can sometimes turn into crystals. Your EcO will work properly, without any worries.
