What does "obsolete data" mean on my dashboard?

The "obsolete data" message is displayed on the dashboard of your pool when the last analysis uploaded by your EcO (or manual tongue analysis) is more than 24 hours old.

It is believed that an analysis that is more than 24 hours old is no longer reliable in providing you with an adequate treatment recommendation.

To get a new analysis, open the iopool app near the pool with Bluetooth, location, and the internet-enabled.

Once a new analysis is uploaded, our recommendation engine will calculate a possible water treatment, if necessary, in order to guarantee you perfectly balanced and disinfected water.

"I'm by the pool, but the labs aren't coming up."
